Terms of Service
1. Provider and acceptance
These terms govern remote gaming-PC optimization services provided under the AIO Gaming PC Pit Crew and AIO Help names (“AIO,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the linked Privacy, Refund, and Remote Support policies.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to approve work on the computer. You are responsible for ensuring that the computer, software, games, accounts, and data involved belong to you or that you have permission from their owner.
3. Planned pilot scope
- One supported Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC; eligibility is confirmed before service.
- One scheduled automation-first remote session lasting up to 90 minutes.
- Automated read-only diagnostics via a temporary AIO Remote Support agent, followed by separately approved, bounded tested remediation.
- Review of relevant Windows, startup, storage, driver, game, graphics, and streaming configuration.
- A measured after report with before-and-after validation where comparable measurements are available.
- A summary of meaningful changes, unresolved or unmeasured items, and next steps, plus verified agent removal and remote-access revocation.
4. Exclusions
The standard service does not include physical hardware repair, malware eradication, forensic investigation, data recovery, password or account recovery, Windows reinstallation, paid software or hardware, multi-PC work, custom development, overclocking guarantees, or unlimited follow-up support. BIOS/firmware, encryption, destructive cleanup, driver replacement, and similarly higher-risk work require separate explicit approval and may be deferred or quoted separately.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Back up important data before the appointment.
- Keep the PC powered, awake, online, and connected to stable power.
- Save work and close private documents before screen sharing.
- Enter your own passwords, recovery keys, and authentication codes; never send them to AIO.
- Disclose known hardware faults, malware warnings, encryption, work/school management, or other restrictions that may affect the session.
6. Remote access and approval
The planned primary method is the temporary AIO Remote Support agent, not a continuously attended technician connection. Installation and read-only diagnostics require session consent; an inquiry is not authorization. Meaningful changes need separate approval and automation is limited to bounded, tested actions. Exceptions go to Ray. Microsoft Quick Assist is only an optional attended escalation fallback. Read-only inspection does not imply permission for deletion, restart, software installation, firmware, encryption, or security-policy changes. Stop instructions and agent-removal/access-revocation checks are described in the Remote Support policy and must be confirmed before installation.
7. Pilot inquiries, payment, and scheduling
The public form opens an email draft that you must send; it does not take payment, confirm availability, or reserve a session. Public checkout and scheduling are not enabled while the automated paid lifecycle remains unverified end to end. If a paid pilot is offered after review, the $99 fee and applicable policies must be confirmed before payment, and payment is due before the appointment. Ray’s exception-backup window is daily 10AM–10PM America/New_York. Sessions must finish before 10PM, including closeout; a suitable start time must be confirmed separately. This is not a promise of instant human response. Rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, and refund handling for a confirmed paid session follow the Refund Policy.
8. Results and limitations
The fee covers the bounded diagnostic and optimization service, not 90 minutes of dedicated human labor, a guaranteed FPS increase, or guaranteed repair. Results vary with hardware, thermals, storage, internet service, game engines, drivers, third-party software, and the computer’s starting condition. AIO may decline or stop work when continuing would be unsafe, outside scope, prohibited by a device owner or administrator, or unlikely to help.
9. Backups and risk
Optimization can involve settings changes and restarts. We use approval gates and preserve rollback where practical, but no computer service is risk-free. You remain responsible for current backups and for licenses, accounts, files, and third-party services. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AIO’s aggregate liability arising from the purchased session will not exceed the amount paid for that session. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Acceptable conduct
Do not use the service for unauthorized access, cheating, anti-cheat circumvention, piracy, evasion of security controls, harassment, or illegal activity. We may end the session without performing prohibited work.
11. Changes and contact
The policy version accepted at checkout governs that purchase. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
