Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
- Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number.
- Intake details such as Windows version, PC type, primary game or application, symptom, and preferred appointment window.
- Payment and transaction references supplied by our payment provider; AIO does not receive or store your full card number.
- Appointment, consent, communication, approval, and service-status records.
- Diagnostic observations necessary to perform the service, such as hardware inventory, Windows configuration, resource usage, stability events, temperatures when available, and before/after measurements.
- Basic website security logs such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page.
2. Information we do not request
Do not send Windows passwords, account passwords, recovery keys, payment-card numbers, or one-time authentication codes. During a session, you enter private credentials yourself. If private information appears unexpectedly on screen, close or hide it and tell the operator.
3. How information is used
We use information to confirm service fit, process payment, schedule and deliver the appointment, communicate with you, obtain and document approvals, create your service report, handle refunds or disputes, protect the service from abuse, and meet legal or accounting duties.
4. Inquiry and remote-session privacy
The public form prepares an email draft in your email app. You must send it before AIO receives the inquiry by email. The form does not submit payment, store intake details in browser session storage, or copy them to your clipboard. Your email provider may retain drafts and sent messages under its own policy.
The planned primary method is a temporary AIO Remote Support agent for authorized automated read-only diagnostics and separately approved, bounded tested remediation. Relevant inventory, diagnostic events, performance measurements, approvals, and action results may be transmitted for service delivery and the measured after report. Do not include secrets in intake fields or support messages. Ray handles exceptions; Microsoft Quick Assist is only an optional attended fallback requiring separate connection approval. AIO does not record the screen or session without separate express consent or copy personal files without specific approval for the file and purpose. Close private documents before connecting.
The planned closeout requires verified agent removal and remote-access revocation. Closing Quick Assist, a browser, or email does not revoke agent access. Failed cleanup checks must be disclosed and escalated to Ray, not treated as complete. This describes required pilot safeguards, not a verified live autonomous service.
5. Service providers
We may use service providers for payment processing, scheduling, email, website hosting, security, and remote support. They receive only information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider displayed at purchase.
6. Retention
- Unpaid intake and inquiry records: generally deleted within 12 months.
- Diagnostic notes and customer reports: generally retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up and dispute handling.
- Payment, refund, tax, and legally required business records: retained as required by applicable law, which may be up to seven years.
- Temporary agent credentials and remote-access permissions: must be revoked at closeout; removal and revocation status are recorded. Retained service records must not provide continuing device access.
- Optional Quick Assist codes: used only for the attended fallback and not intentionally retained as reusable credentials.
Removing the agent does not delete diagnostic reports or business records. We may retain a minimum record longer when required for fraud prevention, chargebacks, legal claims, or compliance. When an active dispute or legal hold exists, deletion may be delayed until it is resolved.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with contracted service providers, when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice.
8. Security
We use access controls, limited collection, customer-controlled remote sessions, and approval boundaries to reduce risk. No internet service can promise absolute security. Contact us immediately if you believe an intake, payment, communication, or support session was not authorized.
9. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your service information by emailing [email protected]. We will verify the request and honor it where legally permitted. You may decline optional work or end a remote session at any time.
10. Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 18. Material policy changes will be posted with a revised effective date; the version accepted with a purchase governs that service transaction.
