Remote Support & Consent

Automation first, with your approval. The planned service uses a temporary AIO Remote Support agent, with Ray handling exceptions. The automated paid lifecycle is not yet verified end to end. The inquiry form takes no payment, reserves no appointment, and does not authorize access.

Before connecting

How access is designed to work

The temporary agent is intended to provide remote management access for read-only diagnostics first. Windows may request administrator approval. Meaningful changes will require your separate approval and will be limited to bounded, tested actions within the agreed scope. Initial consent is not permission for arbitrary commands, ongoing monitoring, or unrelated work. The design requires unclear, unsafe, or unsupported steps to be skipped or referred to Ray rather than improvised by automation.

You will need to be at your PC for the whole session, approve each change when prompted, and run your game twice for measurement. Missed prompts may mean skipped work; unavailable comparable measurements will be reported as unmeasured, not a performance gain.

Exception support and timing

Ray provides exception backup daily 10AM–10PM America/New_York. This is not a continuously attended concierge session or a guarantee of instant response. One Windows PC and one session up to 90 minutes are covered by the $99 offer. The scheduled session must finish before 10PM; start times and availability are confirmed separately. Unverified access removal and unresolved financial obligations remain tracked after the session ends. The session end time is not a guarantee that removal or a refund has been completed.

Optional attended fallback

Microsoft Quick Assist is only an optional attended escalation fallback, not the primary delivery method. If agreed, you enter a time-limited code, approve screen sharing, and separately approve interactive control. You can end that connection by closing Quick Assist. Closing it does not remove the AIO agent or revoke the agent’s access.

Passwords and authentication

AIO will never ask you to send a password, recovery key, or one-time authentication code. When authentication is needed, you type it yourself. Pause any screen sharing or control before entering sensitive information.

Approval boundaries

Read-only diagnosis does not authorize meaningful or disruptive changes. Separate approval is needed before closing applications, changing startup behavior, cleaning or deleting files, installing or removing software, replacing drivers, or restarting Windows. Approval does not make an untested or out-of-scope action eligible for automation. Security, encryption, BIOS, firmware, destructive operations, purchases, and subscription changes are not routine automated tune-up steps and may be declined, deferred, or separately scoped.

Stopping and declining work

You may decline a recommendation or request a stop through the confirmed service thread. An inquiry is not consent to remote work. A stop request must be followed by stopping queued work and confirming agent removal/access revocation; closing a browser or email window alone does not end agent access. Session-specific stop and removal instructions must be supplied before installation. If access seems unauthorized, disconnect the PC from the network and contact [email protected].

Recording and diagnostic data

AIO does not record the screen or session without separate express consent. Authorized diagnostics may transmit relevant system inventory, events, performance measurements, approval records, and action results for the report. Personal files are not copied without specific approval for the file and purpose. Close private applications and avoid including secrets in support messages.

Unexpected security warnings

Verify the agent source, publisher information, and support contact against the confirmed service thread before installing. Do not disable antivirus or bypass a malware warning. Stop and contact support if anything does not match. If the optional Quick Assist fallback is used, obtain it from Microsoft through Windows or the Microsoft Store.

Required pilot closeout

Report and measurement. The planned report will state what was measured comparably, what changed, and what remains unresolved or unmeasured. Housekeeping indicators are not a measure of game performance. No specific performance gain is guaranteed.

Separate access-cleanup verification. The report will be separate from the removal receipt, which will require verification of agent and companion-component absence plus access revocation. A closed window, missing heartbeat, or uninstall request alone is not proof of cleanup.

Unresolved cleanup. Unverified removal will remain an open tracked obligation with truthful status and Ray’s review. The 90-minute service cap is not a removal deadline guarantee.

Cancellation and refunds. Cancellation, access cleanup, and any refund will be tracked separately; none proves the others complete.

The automated paid process is still being verified end to end. This page is an inquiry, not a booking.
